Reddit function not retrieving subreddit

    I have the Pro version
    Plugin Version: 3.4.21 (API Version: 2.17.2 [ID:xxxxx]) [Pro – Multiple Accounts Edition]
    I have checked Known Issues
    I have reviewed the forum posts
    I have reviewed the FAQ
    I have reviewed the Troubleshooting FAQ
    All other network connections I am using work fine
    I have clicked “Check HTTPS/SSL”

    I have checked and double checked the Username and Password required to access the subreddit

    I am the mod of the subreddit

    Every time I click “Click Here to Retrieve your Subreddit” it returns and empty box.
    As its an empty box, it means I cannot autopost to my subreddit, which is the main reason I purchased the PRO version…

    I run a WP site and a IPB forum
    I run an Indiegogo Campaign
    I develop software
    I manage my own SEO, Graphics and Support
    I manage my own dedicated server
    My support is all done with a few hours MAX
    I am the sole team member…

    I have submitted a ticket on the 16th in the am
    I added to the ticket on the 17, late PM

    I have yet to get any indication of support.. I am busy too and would like to get this sorted out as I have a lot of work to do and this is just holding me up….

    I think thats enough information, so we dont have to go back and forth and can just get this matter sorted out

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
