Redirect browser issue!!!

We’re trying to change the permalinks from
a) http://bestbuyflooringcenter.com/financing/
to
b) http://bestbuyflooringcenter.com/best-buy-financing/which we did, with the redirection plugin. It seems to be working on chrome but not on safari, opera or firefox. But other users see results on safari or firefox!
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Update – Did some more investigation and after clearing cache of the cache plugin WPFC, the redirection started working fine in other browsers. I’m leaving this here hoping this might help others who are facing this issue. Thanks John for this great plugin. Best regards.

This issue does exist. I have installed Redirection plugin recently and setup just one URL redirect.I have setup redirection from https://www.bintooshoots.com/tag/one-plus/ to https://www.bintooshoots.com/tag/oneplus/
But this redirection works only in chrome browser and not in firefox/ IE edge browsers. I have cleared browser cache too.
