 * Is there a plugin which allows you to simply create redirects – In other words:
   to do it with wordpress and not needing to go to the adminpanel of my hosting
   everytime..
 * An example:
    [http://www.example.com/test](http://www.example.com/test) redirects
   to [http://www.example.com/?p=10](http://www.example.com/?p=10) So /test would
   redirect to /?p=10.
 * There are some plugins who do the reversed action /?p=10 to another link ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/)
   etc.).
