 * Good day folks,
 * We are please to mention that we are using your plugin and it seems that it is
   working properly based on the configuration we found on the web. Nevertheless,
   when we ran some tests in gtmetrix we found some room for improvement in the 
   section related to avoiding URL redirects:
 * It says that there is 1 redirect
 * “[http://www.xyz.com/](http://www.xyz.com/) redirects to [https://www.xyz.com/&#8221](https://www.xyz.com/&#8221);
 * Is there anything that we could do to improve the score but also the fully loaded
   time by modifying a setting in the plugin or add code in the .htaccess?

 * This is actually the best practice redirect, as each domain variation should 
   pass through https to ensure the HSTS header can be set. This prevents man in
   the middle attacks.

 * Before testing the code suggested on the link provided and based on your experience,
 * do users get a significant improvement on the fully loaded time if they change
   these settings?

 * As explained in the article, most users won’t experience any redirect at all,
   because Google will only show the primary URL with https.
 * Especially if you enabled HSTS (http strict transport security) the browser will
   load the https page even if a user types in http.
 * gtmetrix doesn’t take into account what is necessary for security. You can safely
   ignore it.
 * So I’d say you won’t get much improvement, if any.
