So visitors opening [http://giftstorebyellen.be/](http://giftstorebyellen.be/) will see the unsecure version instead of being redirected to [https://giftstorebyellen.be/](https://giftstorebyellen.be/) You need to enable Redirect HTTP to HTTPS requests via .htaccess as the normal redirect will not work while Under Construction is enabled as it blocks all other plugins from loading.
