Redirect Issue

    Hi Ninja Support,

    Ninja Forms is very easy to use. I am very impressed with it. Gr8 job team.

    One issue I am having. I have created 2 forms. Both the forms have redirect option activated and success message option deactivated.

    Now the issue is when the user submits the form, the page is reloaded with the header and footer. The content of the page is blank.

    Once the page is loaded within a minute it get redirected to the appropriate page set in the redirect option.

    How can I avoid the page to be reloaded and just redirected to the appropriate page?

    Have I missed any configuration. Any help will be appreciated.

    Try deactivating all your plugins that are not for Ninja Forms and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Sixteen. If your issue goes away there was a conflict with one of these. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns and that will tell you exactly what the issue was.
