Title: Redirect Loop Last modified: August 30, 2016 --- # Redirect Loop * [silostar](https://wordpress.org/support/users/silostar/) * (@silostar) * [10 years, 11 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirect-loop-69/) * I have the latest version (3.6.12) of the plugin yet a redirect loop started as soon as I activated and I got locked out of my site. * Visiting /wp-login.php takes me to /memberlogin with the redirect loop error page showing. I ended up having to delete the plugin on the backend to get back in. I know this has been an ongoing issue and I’d like to know how to fix it as I thought this was resolved. I use wpengine and the main plugins are woocommerce and Paid Memberships Pro. I have a page for registration that uses your shortcode, [theme-my-login]. Every time I navigate to that page I get “This webpage has a redirect loop ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. This happens when **both** PMP and TML are activated. * When TML is activated on it’s own, it works, and does not cause the redirect loop. When PMP is activated on its own, it works, and does not cause the redirect loop. * It looks like there is a conflict between both plugins. I’ll post it on the PMP site as well. I would appreciate you taking a look at both plugins recent updates to see where the issue is. It is still happening, just as HunterGatherer has mentioned. I disabled all my plugins and as soon as I had both PMP & TML activated, it started again. I have tried various other methods to resolve the redirect but none work. * (I did end up finding the one dbase table error and deleting it but that error was not in relation as you mentioned…sorry about that) * But the redirect is definitely a PMP & TML issue when used in conjunction. * [huntergatherer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/huntergatherer/) * (@huntergatherer) * [10 years, 11 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirect-loop-69/#post-6351119) * Without saying it’s a fully solved issue, I was able to eliminate the redirect loop at least temporarily, pending further testing. * How? I deleted the page where I got the redirect error. I disabled all plugins; then, reactivate only critical plugins, including both TML and PMP, and their associated ones. I recreated the page (same permalink), Recreated it as a menu item. * Testing with nothing further, shows no redirect loop. * I do have other important, if not absolutely essential, plugins that I have not activated and tested yet. But, it’s looking like there was a problem on the page itself. I’ll let you know if there is any change as I add full function to the site. * BTW: I did test after each step, as I was disabling the plugins. The page was deleted last.
