# Redirect Problem

 * When I go to my submit ticket page it redirects to my account page every time.
   It says “You are being redirected”
 * I’ve already indicated in settings which is the submit ticket page
    and went 
   into Settings > Advanced and changed custom login to “none”
 * No luck.
    please advise 🙂

 * You probably have another plugin that is redirecting you to your account page.
   Have you tried temporarily disabling other plugins and your theme to see if the
   problem goes away?
