redirection after signup problem

at stewardhsip.wpengine.com there is a FREE DOWN LOAD/SUBSCRIBE FORM in right hand sidebar. Signing up works (the subscription detail appears in the correct Maichimp list,
but it redirects to
worldviewpr.com
instead of
http://stewardship.wpengine.com/wp-content/downloads/5KeysToSuccessfullOffering_ArticleDownload.pdf
which is the URL entered in the redirect edit box
and it loads ok by itself when entered in browser, but not as redirect.
“stewardship” list is a client of worldviewpr.com and list is managed within worldviewpr.com Mailchimp account. (yes I’ve checked that the correct form action is being used for the various lists).
The stewardship///pdf URL also is a subdomain within worldviewpr.com sftp account.
But since it loads OK by itself, it seems the issue is in the redirect and mailchimp for WP or Mailchimp itself?
