# Redirection Count and Trailing Slashes…

 * Hello,
 * I was just curious if there was any easy way to display the total number of hits
   that display on the dashboard in a page or post? I am using this plugin to track
   how many clicks a certain page gets and I would like to display that number next
   to the actual link. For example:
 * [View Page Here](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirection-count-and-trailing-slashes/?output_format=md#)(
   123 Views)
 * Also, do I need to create redirections for both:
 * [http://www.website.com/mynewpage](http://www.website.com/mynewpage)
    and [http://www.website.com/mynewpage/](http://www.website.com/mynewpage/)
 * I noticed that it did not redirect when I typed the first one only the second
   one since it one was the only one that I created a redirection for.

 * What worked for me was to create it as a regex, and use:
 * /old-url-to-redirect/?$
 * to catch the url with and without the trailing slash. It works on 2 sites I’m
   using Redirection on.
 * What I’d love is if Redirection also gave us the option of making 410 redirects
   as well.
