# Redirection doesn’t work

 * The plugin does not work at all on my website. When I add a redirection, I have
   this message : “
 * > >  “ Bad data
   > > There was a problem sending a request to your site. This could indicate that
   > > you provided data that doesn’t meet the requirements, or that the extension
   > > sent the wrong request.
   > > Please evaluate your data and try again”.
 * I have another message in the debug information :

 * I don’t understand. I already use this plugin on another website and it works
   perfectly well.

   now you are posting it here even after the response?

 * I don’t have access to phpadmin to change the database version for now. I’m waiting
   for the access by the previous webmaster. I posted here only if there was (maybe)
   another solution to test.

 * You don’t need access to the database. As I explained in the email, go to the
   support page in the plugin and do it there.

 * Sorry for the misunderstanding.
 * So, I change the database to 2.4 and I test a redirection. I had the same messages
   except that I needed to update the database to 4.2 which I did.
 * Then I entered my redirection and it worked.
