redirection login loop

i updated the plugin
and now have been locked out of my site for over three days courtesy of a redirection look created by your plugin

goes to this
which has a dashboard link but no dashboard, click the dashboard link

and you are back to this, which is the same as the top

Used to love this plugin – but currently it’s a mess
