Redirection not working

https://touring.michiganhumanities.org/project/puppet/ is supposed to redirect to https://touring.michiganhumanities.org/portfolio/puppet-portfolio/ which isn’t working. I think the issue is the with the “/” at the end of the redirect. Not sure why this is getting left out. I have several other links that are doing the exact same thing. Take a look at the center part of the page I’ve linked to.
