Redirection Plugin not creating new 301

Hi there,
I’m doing the switch from an old > new website and started creating redirections, using this Redirection Plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/redirection/

Problem is, it worked for the first few pages, and now for some reason it’s not creating new redirection.
For example:
I redirected this page= https://m-neto.co.il/category/unique
to this page= https://m-neto.co.il/about/

But when trying to create a 301 from here= http://www.m-neto.co.il/category/north
to here= https://m-neto.co.il/technicians/
It simply doesn’t work…
