Redirects Continue after plugin is removed

    We deactivated this plugin last Wednesday. As of last Friday the redirects were still happening – so we deleted the plugin. As of Monday the redirects were still happening. We looked into MysQL wp_options and found an entry with the last set of redirects. We cleared that entry. We still get the redirects. We have checked our HTACCESS file and do not see any evidence of these redirects there. Where else do we need to look to un-do redirects that had been entered into this plugin? This is a nightmare! When we use htaccess to fix the problem, it looks as though the site is going into an endless loop and ultimately the pages time out. Help us un-do this plugin.

    There is no way the plugin will redirect after you delete or deactivate it, UNLESS you have some form of CASHING set up on your site (and that is not the plugin’s fault).

    If you have caching enabled, clear all of your cache files and then try the links again – they should no longer redirect. If they do, then you have something else going on that is not related to the plugin.
