Redis is not working

    My w3 total cache is on a Google Cloud instance, and it is not creating images, can you help me with the diagnosis?

    [root@-vm sistema]# redis-cli –scan –pattern ‘‘ | grep “w3tc” | wc -l
    0
    [root@-vm sistema]# redis-cli –scan –pattern ‘*’ | wc -l
    0
