reducing ajax request

Hi, server keeps crashing and according to my hosting cloudways https://www.cloudways.com/blog/reduce-admin-ajax-php-related-server-load-wordpress/#overloadadminajax your plugin appears in the list as you can see in the video capture attached above. Can you please fix it?
