 * Thank you for reaching out to us. The code doesn’t appear to be coming from our
   plugin. Can you confirm if someone helped you add the shortcode to the page/template?
   Can you also take a look at the location where the shortcode is added and check
   if there is any code around the shortcode that resembles the code you are seeing
   on the front end of the site?
