# Redux Framework Loading Problem

 * Redux Framework is a very powerful and user-friendly plugin. I really like it.
   Yet, it sometimes will cause a loading problem. The page seems to keep loading
   endlessly. And, with a refresh of the website, it can load again somehow. I have
   seen other users complained about the problem again.
 * After several days of studying, I think there might be a problem in “Theme Options
   > Body > Page Loadding”. With this settings off, the loading problem never occur
   again. I apologize if this is not a bug, maybe just becuz of a conflict between
   plugin and theme. But this will be the solution to stop the infinite loading 
   problem. And, last but not least, I like Redux Framework still. Thanks for developing
   this useful plugin!

 * You need to contact the theme editor for support as we have no way to determine
   how theme authors have implemented Redux. It sounds like an improperly coded 
   theme feature, but it’s impossible for me to make that determination. If the 
   theme author determines the issue with somehow with Redux, they need to report
   it to us via our GitHub issue tracker, include the data that supports their claim,
   and we will work with them to resolve any possible issues. Good luck.
