# Refer to subfolder using short code

 * Hi, I have a library that contains a category folder “Media Releases” and three
   subfolders 2017, 2016 and 2015. I’d like to show each individual subfolder in
   different places using the [mdocs cat=”The Category Name”] shortcode, which according
   to the notes “Adds files from a specific folder of the Memphis Documents Library
   on any page, post or widget.” How do I refer to (say) subfolder “Media Releases/
   2017” with an mdocs cat shortcode?
