 * Where can I see what customers put in the Reference block? The PayPal transaction
   doesn’t have it, but I have only a Personal PayPal account. Do I need a Business
   account to see that information?

 * Upgraded to Business, but still no Reference info.

 * I found it! It’s a little line at the bottom of the PayPal email…not anywhere
   on the PayPal page where I was looking.
