 * It seems the site is using a caching plugin (WP-Optimize Minify) that is minifying
   the javascript files, correct?
    Are you able to prevent this file from being 
   minified? There seems to be some issue with the minified files not being passed
   the localized variables.

 * thank you for answer.
 * i prevent now from minifying:
    /wp-content/plugins/print-o-matic/js/print_elements.
   js /wp-content/plugins/print-o-matic/js/printomat.js
 * … and it works now…

 * good to know.
    Still, this is not the optimal solution. We’ll try and recreate
   the issue on our end and post back with our findings. again, thank you for the
   feedback.
