# Refresh access token failed

 * Once again, my feed is not loading. I tried to clear the cache and I got success,
   but this didn’t fix it. I tried to refresh the access token and it said failed.
   Help!

   compliance review. This is a standard flow to keep Facebook platform and community
   safe.
