Possibly yes but to stay within Ultimate member first have you had a look at Ultimate Member > User Roles > Your UM Role > then scroll down to register, login etc options like setting urls etc? See if what you want can be done within that first to keep it simple.

Otherwise there may be another way using htaccess a 301 redirect, particularly with a sub-domain.
