# Refresh/Empty cache

 * First of all thank you for this amazing plugin Frank! I love this.
 * Normally when I used the Autoptimize plugin, the cache will automatically refresh
   when it’s full. But nowadays I receive a lot of times emails to empty the cache
   manually with the button delete cache.
 * How could I automate this?

 * AO has not automatic cache purging for many good reasons, but [the FAQ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/#faq)
   does link to a couple of 3rd party solutions for that. Ideally though, as [cache size issues indicate bigger problems](https://blog.futtta.be/2016/09/15/autoptimize-cache-size-the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/),
   you would reconfigure AO (don’t aggregate inline JS/ CSS) to avoid cache bloating
   to begin with?
