# Refreshing published data

 * After publishing data in a Google sheet via a link, there appears to be a latency
   in updating/refreshing the published data. Is there a setting to speed up refreshing
   the data?

 * Do you mean what shows up in Google search? That’s normal – they don’t index 
   or update caches instantly.

 * I have a chart in Google sheets published on a website. As the chart data updates
   in Google, there is a latency of about 2 minutes give or take, in the published
   data being updated. I don’t know off-hand whether the latency in the chart updating
   on the website is down to Google exporting or WordPress importing. Does WordPress
   have a setting to speed up the refreshing of published data?
