   I find no mail and nobody is available in the chat. Thank you for your answer.

 * Sorry, you’re having difficulties with the form. We received many tickets today
   and yesterday, so I’m not sure why it’s not working for you. Also, we don’t have
   a chatbot on the website, it’s an AI Bot that answers questions based on all 
   the information in our knowledge base.
 * If you’re still having issues with creating a ticket, please send us a message
   on FB. Please include your name, email, date of purchase, domain and serial.
