    Hi there. I need to say that the plugin has got a great potential and I am sure it will develop into a great product. However it is not exactly what I was looking for and I send couple of emails that I am asking for a refund and for cancelling my account but did not get any reply back. So I am writing here. Can you help me with that?

    Yes, sure we will help you. Could you please tell us what is the ticket ID that you sent to our Support Platform? Because we support for customers in the Support Platform only. We do not offer a refund by email. To which email did you write and when you bought the plugin since it is important to know your Freemius ID with the purchase date.

    I am trying to contact them directly but they say they are not replying back to e-mails. On their support thicket that I finally found and that they are saying is the only way to reach to them and get refunded, a message appears and says: ”Your message is too short” When I write a long message it says the same. So how am I supposed to contact them? It seems like a total scam to me.

    Then contact your credit car/bank to dispute it. It does not belong in these forums.

    @boyanapeeva For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
