# Refund button gone

 * Up to 1.1.1 a refund in backend was possible without any issue:

   With 1.1.3 this button is gone and just manual is available:[https://ibb.co/0yJSWdBq](https://ibb.co/0yJSWdBq)
   Why is this change happening? It’s not nice to must have to do refunds manually
   in paypal backend. Please bring this feature back. Thanks.

 * Nothing with how refunds work was changed in version 1.1.3 and we didn’t remove
   any features.

 * hi. the order status is completed. Going back to 1.1.1 and everything is working
   again. Could finish the refund with 1.1.1. Done.
   Withdrawal just is a topic with
   status “in work” and “completed”. We have a physical shop. Customers will cancel
   direct after ordering or after receiving the products.Hope this will be possiable
   again with 1.1.4.

 * We didn’t change anything about how refunds work in version 1.1.3 and per the
   previous reply, refunds are working in version 1.1.3 in our test. That most likely
   means the issue is related to your specific setup.
 * The refund button’s visibility is controlled by WooCommerce and whether or not
   the payment gateway supports the `refunds` feature. That tells me that you have
   a plugin installed on your site that’s causing the supported feature to return
   a value of false.
 * Please use the plugin’s help widget (WooCommerce > PayPal > Support) to contact
   our team.

 * Sorry, there is a difference. Tested again – with 1.1.1 working and with 1.1.3
   not working. Thats it.
   Ticket 2xxxx7 and 2xxxx8 including a video.

 * Issue was related to a 3rd party plugin that loaded gateways before the `init`
   action. The next release of the plugin will add code so 3rd party plugins can’t
   affect supported features like this.
