# Refund for Pro Version Please

 * Hello and thank you for the great plugin.
 * I liked it so much, I wanted to pay you for the pro version and unlock some features.
 * Turns out the exact features I wanted are not what I expected and I don’t need
   the pro version.
 * I’d like a refund, please.
 * Specifically, when you go to the options tab, there is a column that is titled“
   Belongs to”. I thought this would tell me which options belonged to which plugins
   so I could easily delete options from plugins I no longer use. This is not what
   it does. After upgrading, this column just says “uncategorized” for all options.
   I feel scammed.
 * Also, maybe it’s a bug, but the tables and options tab just say 0 for all categories.
   Orphans, plugins, themes, and wp options all say 0. That seems wrong.
 * If these are bugs, please help me fix them, if not or if they can’t be fixed,
   please give me a refund.

 * First, I just want to let you know that supporting the premium version is prohibited
   in this forum.
 * After reading your message, I was able to see that you did not follow the right
   steps. Please sent me an email to **sigmaplugin[at]gmail.com** and I will show
   you how to use the plugin and categorize you items correctly.
 * If you are not satisfied about results, you will get a refund of course.

 * I couldn’t find any other support, so I came here.
 * There is no place with “steps” to set up the pro version, other than the regular
   uploading, activating, and adding the license number.

 * I just received an email that said to click the “Detect Orphan Options” button
   in order to scan and categorize each option.
