    Dear Support Team,

    I am writing to request a refund for the subscription charge of $49, which was processed two days ago for the plugin “#293909 – Perfect WooCommerce Brands – Personal.”

    I had initially subscribed to this plugin when I was using WordPress. However, I have not used this plugin at all, as WooCommerce itself launched its brand option, which made the plugin redundant for my needs.

    Furthermore, I moved my website from WordPress to Shopify several months ago and no longer use WordPress or this plugin. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription, and I kindly request a refund for the recent charge, as I no longer use the plugin.

    I hope you understand my situation and process the refund at your earliest convenience.

    see below it says your license is expired so i cannot create here that’s why i asked here so please u can create a ticket on my behalf or do something

    License support period has expired on September 12, 2025.

    Is there anyone who can reply or you do not want to process refund it’s been a week now i can’t even get to talk to you guys. no email, no ticket. who process refunds or who should i talk?
