Refunds

Hello Thomas,

Just for the sake of data quality, I can see refunds in my GA but do not have any data feed for them.
How come your GTM – Woo integration allow such refunds to appear ? Are they not cancelled or failed orders ?
n.b. I don’t have an automated return portal so GA has no ability to capture a “ask for return” CTA or something similar.
