# Refunds Functionality Not Working

 * Hello,
    Maybe I missed something but while my transactions are processing fine,
   none of the refunds I’ve processed through WP > WooCommerce > Orders have actually
   gone through (although my customers are getting email notifications of such).
   Is this how this plugin is supposed to function?
 * If you could kindly let me know ASAP, that would be great. I was about to go 
   live but I see products that are often returned for a refund so this functionality
   is critical.
