# Refusing to save

 * I am trying out this plugin.
 * It refuses to save location I have saved.
 * ‘Saving’ stays on the screen for minutes and minutes.
 * Nothing happens.
 * Not sure why.

 * Thank you for getting in touch, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues here.
 * May I please ask if you are using the Google engine or OpenLayers engine?
 * If you are using Google, could you please open your JavaScript console, try to
   add a location and let us know what errors appear there?

 * G’day Perry,
 * I started again.
    What happened was, I deleted the California default location,
   then added my own. It didn’t like that.
 * When I simply changed the default one (I might have reinstalled the plugin? Can’t
   remember, sorry!) it saved straight away.

 * I have bought a 3 pack license, to get the Directions to work on my map, which
   has 2 locations.
    Very happy.
