 * This bit of HTML in a post:
 * >  [sonic cannon](http://www.wlbt.com/Global/story.asp?S=1628848&)
 * Throws this error:
 * > Parse error: parse error in /home/httpd/vhosts/gadgetopia.com/httpdocs/wp/
   > wp-includes/functions.php(241) : regexp code on line 1
   >  Fatal error: Failed
   > evaluating code: “&”.substr(“&””,1) in /home/httpd/vhosts/gadgetopia.com/httpdocs/
   > wp/wp-includes/functions.php on line 241
 * Removing the ampersand at the end of the URL fixes it.
