Regions Module

Your Regions Module is far from intuitive… I have tried everything and I still can’t create a correct path for North America > Mexico > States > Cities. The most progress I made was creating country: Mexico and then respective states, I was not able to create cities within these states.

Even if I do get this to work, which I highly doubt, I’ve seen numerous discussion topics that state that once my website visitors choose a state, all the cities still display. In other words, choosing a state does nothing, it doesn’t remove cities that don’t belong to a given state.

Here is what I am trying to do, the first item on each block is the state:
