    With your shortcode, the register button appears whether registration
   is enabled or not (in Settings menu). How can I hide the registration button 
   without editing your code?

 * We released an upgrade today, ff “Anyone can register” is disables in admin settings,
   the plugin will not show the Register link under the login form.
 * Please let us know if you need further assistance.
