# Register button not active

 * Please how will I make the register button on my affiliate form active. The button
   is not clickable even after filling the whole form fields.
 * From the inspect element source code I noticed that “register” has “disabled”
   input.
 * Also all the form input fields are the same color with the background, please
   how can I change it.
 * Please help
