 * I’m having what seems to be a scoping issue with register_activation_hook (per
   my last hour of Googling).
 * Upon switching over from checking $_GET for activation, to register_activation_hook
I now end up with a cannot redeclare class error upon activation.
 * Upon researching this particular issue, everything I’ve read says it’s an issue
with the variable not being declared as global, but that is not the case in my
   situation.

 * Quick response would be appreciated!
 * I’ve also noticed, that if I use __FILE__ for the activation hook path, it never
   executes.

 * Turns out it was just a typo in the code for the lifestream_update() function
   call.
