    Hello Author,

This Plugin is awesome for SEO I really excited about SEO.

I’m using Infinite – Multipurpose WordPress Theme and I face one javascript issue. It was work on 14.7 versions but the issue is coming on the latest version. When I disable this plugin everything is working fine when I enable this issue generated and I can not able to switch on a text editor (Visual to Text) but When I downgrade the Yoast SEO plugin version its worked. Can you help me with what we can do I don’t want to use the older version.

    Issue:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘registerPlugin’ of undefined

  • Hi @jsojitra,

Are all of your plugins and themes updated and are you using the latest version of WordPress? If not, does updating solve the problem?

If the problem still appears, we’d like you to test to see if this still happens if you deactivate all non-Yoast plugins. If no error appears, this most likely a theme or a plugin conflict, since the error doesn’t appear to mention a Yoast SEO file.

We recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

We have a guide to walk you through all the steps here: How to check for plugin conflicts.

    Hi,

Yes, if you are using the latest version of WordPress 5.5.1, and the latest version of the rest of your plugins and themes, that’ great. Performing a conflict check would be the next best way for us to know if there is indeed a conflict with v15.0 of Yoast SEO for WordPress with one of your plugins and/or themes. Please do get back to us with the results once you have them.
