When I go to the 2 links you mentioned, one is working and one says the webinar no longer exists. So I can’t see an obvious issue here. Maybe you might need to wait a day or 2. Please note the clear cache functionality can only be clicked once per a day. So if you are adding webinars constantly throughout the day, you might experience issues.
