Hope you’re well today!
The Registration form is added to an actual page -“Register” if it’s the default page. You should be able to go into your page listing and find the page, then edit it there – anything you add there will show up above the Select a Subscription text.
As for the protected content pages text you should be able to edit that page by going to Membership -> Options -> Membership Pages and edit “Protected content page”.

when a visitor is logged out… but goes to /account page its just blank! No message to ask them to login in. And when we want to edit the page its blank.

Account page should contain protection message that you should be able to edit by going to Membership -> Options -> Membership Pages and editing Protected content page.
There you can add what ever you wish 🙂
