    Dear dave8528,

    We do not have role-assignment with our forms. It can be viewed and submitted by everyone, or it can be included within a private page (thus keeping up the role of only logged in user visibility) or have a password-protected page display (for only those who know the password). Thank you.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding. We have WordPress Registration addon. If you have Pro version Form Maker you can purchase the add-on in our site from Form Maker Addons section and get the integration. It will allow changing the roles within settings section. Thank you.
