registration not working

I’m creating a membership website using membership 2 plugin. The problem is that after a new user has enter the details and hit the “Register account” button nothing happens, in fact the page clears all the data. They don’t get directed to the payment page, and then thank you page.

I’m using papal standard payment gateway. Please help asap
