Registration page

Hello,

I’ve modified the settings so that the username is now the email address, and I’ve changed the label of the custom field “Preferred Coupon Code.”

However, my page https://podlife.audio/affiliate-registration/ isn’t updating. The changes aren’t reflected (just to clarify, I’ve saved the settings manually in the plugin in addition to the automatic save).
