To do this, please go to WP Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab and click on the button Copy site info to clipboard. You are right; both versions are the same and in the latest version. * This issue is related to Freemius; For troubleshooting, please do the steps below and let us know the results: * 1. Please get a full backup from your website, 2. Then install this plugin: [https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer](https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer) from the WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New(direct download link: [https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer/archive/refs/heads/master.zip](https://github.com/Freemius/freemius-fixer/archive/refs/heads/master.zip)), 3. Activate the plugin, 4. after activating, you’ll redirect to the plugin setting, first download the data, 5.
