# Related Posts randomization

 * When using the “related posts” feature, I get the same posts shown in “related”(
   which are the most recent for the ‘related criteria’) for every single post.
 * With other themes (or Jetpack) there is some randomization. Is there any way 
   to add some variety here? Would hate to have to use a separate plugin.

    Now related posts
   are outputted with the “most recent” sort criteria.
 * But, I think we can add an option for this in the next update so you could set
   a different sort criteria, it will be something like this – [https://tppr.me/4P7eN](https://tppr.me/4P7eN)
