These sorts of glitches are usually the result of a browser / cookie problem. If you test using a different browser to normal does it work?
I’m having the same problem. I can’t stay logged in when switching from post to post or page on my site.
I have the latest version, 4.7.4 http://www.fleamarketgardening.org
Even after logging in with /wp-admin the admin bar disappears. I try logging in again with /wp-admin and the screen goes right to Dashboard.
I’ve tried disabling each plug in one by one and even Jetpack, which I’ve always had on my site. I’ve cleared cookies on both the browsers I use and the problem remains.
This is also happening on my second site, http://sierrafoothillgarden.com/.
