# Remember Me problem

 * i have to checked remember me to enter the website, then i test to disable remember
   me on options page, now i can’t enter the website

   you tell me a bit more e.g., what browsers you’ve had the issue in, any caching
   solutions on you site, theme used and so on.

 * i’m using chrome, not using any caching plugin, using yourstore wordpress themes.
 * so i have to enabled remember me otherwise i can’t enter the web

 * I’ve gone and had a look, it seems your server is using a varnish cache, I managed
   to get a 503 error:
 * Error 503 Service Unavailable
    Service Unavailable Guru Meditation: XID: 1328851553**
   Varnish cache server**
 * After I’d entered “yes” on the age gate to set the session, I then had a guess
   and went to /shop. As I’d passed the age gate, this page worked. However, going
   to it on a different browser still shows the content as it’s stored in the varnish
   cache.
 * Unfortunately it’s not really viable to disable this via PHP and would need to
   be turned off by the system administrator. I have plans for beating caches, but
   I’m not sure if that’d help in this instance either.
