 * My hosting service deleted the website. Is there any way to remote login to the
   plugin to download a previously taken backup?

 * You might be able to FTP into the wp-snapshots directory of your site’s root 
   folder if your host didn’t delete that directory. Inside would be an installer
   and archive file(s)
